Intercontinental Exchange Brent crude oil futures dropped 23 cents/b to
$86.53/b by 4:30pm Singapore time (0830 GMT). Dec. 2. The active-traded
January futures on Dalian Commodity Exchange fell 9 Yuan per mt to Yuan
3,921/mt ex /tank. China's overall operating rates were between 50% and55%.
The coal -based MEG was heard operating at 30%. Trades in Southeast Asia
