market falling slightly. Due
to low regional demand, market activity has been muted. Both buyers and sellers

of their poor margins while buyers aren’t being aggressive enough. As power rationing continues in China, factories are
struggling to meet downstream demand. Sources
said that North American, European, and Middle East cargoes with competitive
prices were being sent into the region. One
producer said that buying tends to pick up in September and October when buyers
