LPG prices in the Middle East rose Feb. 10
due to tight supply and delays in acceptances of nominations by Middle East
producers. Sources said. The
March CP propane swap was $741/mt February 10, an increase of $35/mt per day,
based upon a swap trade at this level. Sources
said that Kuwait Petroleum Corp. accepted nominations for March-loading
cargoes. ADNOC's acceptance for March
cargo nominations was announced without delays but with no cuts, according to a
market source. The source stated that
although details of the delays were not available as of February 10, they were
due to the strong backwardation of the CP market which caused most companies to
