The crack strengthened on the European
naphtha market, but the physical market was subdued. Crack was up $1.70/b to less $13.25/b. The
January/February spread increased $2/mt and will be valued at $3.50/mt. This

Kpler shipping data, Russian naphtha exports were set at 118,000 mt by December
29, an increase of 81,000 mt over November. As the market
prepares for the EU ban, the country has been used to be a new Mediterranean
hub for Russian naphtha. Sources close to the project reported
that Dangote Group began pre-commissioning production units at its refinery,
which produces 650,000 barrels per day, in preparation for the EU ban. The
