Luberef to undertake planned turnaround at base oils units

Luberef is in plans to take off stream its Group I & Group II base oils units in Yanbu. A source in Saudi Arabia informed a team member, “The company is likely to take the units off stream in mid-November 2025 for maintenance. The maintenance is likely to remain in force till end December 2025.” Located at Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, the Group I base oils unit has a production capacity of 282,746 mt/year and the Group II base oils unit has a production capacity of 710,000 mt/year.
