Based on stable pricing indicators, spot
export polyvinylchloride prices were unchanged from week to week on Feb. 9. Market
sources were waiting for news of fresh March PVC volume offers from Asia. According to American Chemistry Council data, supply was
tight. However, US PVC stocks ended the fourth quarter of 2021 at their highest
quarterly levels since at least 2014. December
