February 15, due to weak demand and lower energy futures. The ICE April
Brent crude oils futures contract fell $1.75/b daily at $ 84.450/b by 4:30 PM

Philippines, had planned to close its Naphtha-fed steam cracker in Batangas
during the week ending February 17, according to a source. According to
the source, it is not known how long the shutdown will last. The cracker
can produce 480,000 mt/year ethylene. It was last reported to be operating at
