by many months of buyers remaining cautious on purchases due to uncertain
macroeconomic circumstances, led to Asian linear low density polyethylene
slightly increasing in the week to Nov. 23, despite a slight increase in
inventory. The
ICE January Brent crude oil futures dropped $2.97/b on the day to $94.75/b by
4:30 PM Singapore time (0830 GMT Nov. 23). On the Dalian Commodity Exchange, the January 2023 contract
was actively traded at Yuan 7,795-7,875/mt. This settlement was Yuan 56-72/mt. PTT Global Chemical, Thailand, plans to stop its No. 1. and No. A company
source stated that there were two linear low density polyethylene plants each
with 400,000 mt/year capacities at Map Ta Phut...
