Strong bidding activity continued in the
Market on Close Assessment process Jan. 10, but few deals were made and sources
claimed that the market was slow. Market
sources considered possible sources for naphtha after the EU imposed sanctions
on Russian-origin refined goods. A
European trader stated that it was possible to see more volume from the Arabian
Gulf going into ARA as sanctions are enacted. It is all up in air at the moment. Refinery news: The Russian oil supply has been completely
