At least 3,000 mt traded on a day  Europe attracts plenty of imports 



European methanol prices
fell on April 28th, while more product was expected to arrive in Europe. The
FOB Rotterdam 5-to-30-day spot price for methanol dropped Eur10-12/mt on April
28, following the decline in China's methanol price. On the spot, at least 3,000 mt was traded. Sources say that at least 2,000 mt were for June deliveries
at Eur360-363/mt. Prices for May heard moving lower in tandem with June. A trader stated that although China seems to be slowing down
because of quarantine, the demand in Europe is still good. Despite recent price drops, Europe continues to attract
products from overseas. According to Kpler
