Mercosur region. However, they were unchanged in Brazil on January 11. WCSA: Spot import prices
for LDPE along the West Coast of South America were at $1,170/mt. This is an increase
of $60/mt compared to the previous week. Although
things have been slow, new offers are slowly appearing this week. The average US producer is asking for 3-4 cents/lb more than
the December prices. There is not enough
supply. Numerous producers told us that
their plants had experienced more problems when they restarted after the
