prices for Latin American low density polyethylene were flat on the West Coast
South America but rose in Brazil and the Mercosur region, which includes
Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay on February 8. WCSA: The spot import price
for LDPE along the West Coast of South America remained stable at
$1,200/mt. This assessment was based upon most competitive offers ranging
from $1,200/mt up to as high at $1,350/mt, and other indications within the
range of $1.100-$1,250/mt. A trader stated that everything was
