Kuwait Aromatics completes turnaround at PX unit

Kuwait Aromatics has restarted its Paraxylene (PX) unit late last week. A source in Kuwait informed a team member, “The company has resumed operations at the unit around February 13, 2026. The unit was shut down in early January 2026 for maintenance.” Located in Shuaiba, Kuwait, the PX unit has a production capacity of 870,000 mt/year.
