Keiyo Monomer to introduce VCM unit

Keiyo Monomer plans to restart the Vinyl chloride monomer unit (VCM) in Chiba. A source in Japan told a member of our team, "The company expects to resume operations in mid-April 2020." The unit was closed for maintenance on Friday, February 5, 2025.
