VCM and Asian EDC markets were quiet during
the week that ended June 2. Discussions for June had been completed the week
before. Due

in the downstream PVC sector were stable despite thin trade. Bullish crude oil futures were more popular than bullish
crude, and some market participants anticipated a rebound in infrastructure
