Jiangsu Sopo Etac Plant Resumes Output

Jiangsu Sopo restarts Ethyl acetate plant

Jiangsu Sopo Chemical has brought its ethyl acetate (Etac) plant on stream. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have restarted the plant around November 10, 2025. The plant was shut for a maintenance turnaround on October 10, 2025.” Located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu province of China, the plant has a production capacity of 500,000 mt/year.
