$70/mt @ $938/mt Taiwan and up $61/mt AT $910/mt China on Jan. 13. This was due
to rising crude oil prices and pre-Lunar New Year Chinese demand. March
ICE Brent crude oil futures increased $1.60/barrel at $84.06/b in Asian trade
at 0830 GMT. This was an increase of $5.21/b over a week earlier. Domestic
prices in China were firmer this week at Yuan 7,120-7130/mt or approximately
$908.30/mt if you use import-parity. March was at Yuan 7,150/mt or $911.50/mt. According
to a Chinese trader, China's demand is likely to remain strong after the Lunar
