Asian discussions during the week ending February 15. Market sources
claimed that some plant turnarounds in Middle East have resulted in tighter
supply. The April ICE Brent crude oils futures contract dropped $1.75/b on
the day to $84.450/b by 4:30 PM Singapore time (0830 GMT), Feb. 15. Due to
the increasing capacity and higher upstream prices, market participants were
worried about Asian PE margins. Traders said that Asia's margins are weak
and unlikely to improve as long as crude oil prices stay high. Market
