prices were largely stable amid thintrade indications on Nov. 16, sources
said.Polyethylene margins in Asia were below breakeven amid higherenergy costs
on the year, sources told.The outlook was mixed on uncertainty over restarts
and rising neartermfeedstock costs, while Asia's net deficit will remain at 13
millionmt/year by 2023.Demand should pick up next year, traders said."I am
very confident that China should bounce back in the next sixweeks," an
owner of an Indian sales and marketing company said.China, Vietnam, and India
are expected to import more PE whilemore US supply is expected by the end of
the year once new plantsstart there, sources said....
