Henan Shunda lowers run rates at Acetic acid unit

Henan Shunda Chemical Technology is presently operating its acetic acid unit at curtailed rates. A source in China informed a team member, "The company has reduced run rates at its unit to around 60% of production capacity levels since July 19, 2025. The reason behind the production cut could not be ascertained." Located in Zhumadian, Henan in China, the unit has a production capacity of 400,000 mt/year.
