theEuropean polystyrene market, with a broad range of settlements froma
rollover to down Eur50/mt heard from sources.Rollover prices were due to
ongoing issues at one producer,sources said, though the producer was unable to
provide volumesfor November delivery. This had pushed buyers toward seeking
extravolumes from other suppliers. Material availability tightened as a
result,as despite slow demand over the last several months, producershad
produced volumes to order only and had little in the way ofadditional
stocks.This also pushed spot prices up in the immediate future, withimports
