The fundamentals of the
Northwest European naphtha markets remained fairly balanced on July 11. NWE naphtha
market fundamentals remained relatively balanced on July 11. Due to sluggish petrochemical demand, Europe's demand
remained steady. However, there was limited interest in the polymers markets
like polyethylene and propylene. High run
rates at refineries led to an increase in naphtha production. Spot demand for heavy full-range naphtha in Asia increased
due to an increase in the availability of Russian cargoes. The region's demand remained low, as illustrated by the decline
in Singapore imports which dropped 32.3% over the week to 206.260 mt. France's 109,000-b/d Feyzin was placed on safe mode after a
power outage on July 9. The August CIF NWE
