stableIn the week ending Nov. 9, the European
linear low-density spot market experienced a slowdown in demand. The market participants
reported that concerns about European LLDPE market supply limitations have
decreased over the past week. They were able to secure volumes easily and some
see imported material increasing the availability of LLDPE in Europe. The supply of LLDPE is exceeding buyers' needs, as demand
was particularly low in the first week of November. In the first days of November, the market was quiet due to
uncertainty caused by the late settlement of the November industry settled
contract price for upstream Ethylene. The
November European ethylene industry-settled contract price settled Eur35 more
than the October price of Eur1,295/mt on November 4. The ethylene settlement has seen little activity...
