The Asian ethylene-vinyl-acetate market was unchanged for the week ending April 9. This was due to consistent demand from downstream. Medium-grade EVA CFR China was $1,260/mt on Monday, April 9, unchanged from the previous day or week. This reflects stable trading indications throughout the week. High-grade EVA for CFR China also remained steady at $1,360/mt on the 9th of April, based on tradeable indicators heard all week. According to sources on the market, regional producers maintained stable levels of offer for cargoes due for delivery in May during the week.
