ethylene drop due to increased deepsea cargo arrivals in November, which
impacted buying indicators. The
week ended with fewer deals, with some deals being heard at $850/mt CFR
Northeast Asia in November arrivals. For
H2 October delivery, a deal was heard for $890/mt CFR Northeast Asia after 5 pm Singapore time on September 30. As October
supplies were more limited than November's, premiums for October delivery were
heard at $40-50/ mt. At the end of the
week, there were still discussions about November arrivals of US-origin cargoes.
Several sources said that the volume would increase as West export interest
