Sources said that although polypropylene
prices in China stabilized at the end Nov. 23rd, they were seen declining over
the course of the week due to weaker futures, as well as the depreciation local
currency. "Buyers don't want to rush to
buy. A China-based trader stated that most buyers
have already bought large quantities. According to
a source, there has been a shift in demand from firm to low due to uncertainty
over COVID-19-related controls as well as traditional peak season ending. CFR FEA
raffia grades fell $15/mt to $880/mt during the week, while PP China domestic
