Lunar New Year holiday. The
holiday saw a rebound in sentiment. New
data from Jan. 31 showed that China's factory activity increased for the first
time since January, which was in line with Jan. 31's expectations. From 47.0, the official Purchasing Managers’ Index increased
to 50.1 in January. A reading of 50 or
more indicates expansion. A reading below 50 is indicative of contraction. The ethylene market is growing upstream with the CFR
