Zhejiang Dushan Energy halts operations at No.2 PTA plant

Zhejiang Dushan Energy has taken its No.2 Purified terephthalic acid (PTA) plant off-stream. A source in China informed that, “The company has shut the plant around February 10, 2026, for maintenance. However, the duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.” Located in Jiaxing, China, the No.2 PTA plant has a production capacity of 2.5 million mt/year.
