Demand stable High input costs lead to concerns about downstream demand  



Despite concerns from
producers about logistical, feedstock, and energy issues, European 2-EH was
stable during the week to March 31, European 2-EH remained stable at Eur2,400-2,430/mt.
FD Northwest Europe and Eur2,000-2,020/mt. FOB Rotterdam. This was due to
volatile upstream costs and market sentiment, as well as a supplier's price
indication at Eur2,200-2,300/mt. N-Butanol
prices were unchanged at Eur2,300/mt. FD NWE and $1.950/mt. FOB Rotterdam on
March 31. This was due to feedback from the market about steady supply and
demand fundamentals. Further indications are required. Prices for iso-butanol were also unchanged at Eur1,600/mt
FDNWE and $1.230/mt FOB Rotterdam. This was again due to feedback on steady
fundamentals in oxo alcohols markets. PA Flake was also assessed at Eur1,450-1,470/mt
FDNWE and $1.300/mt FOB...
