Due to thin trade, Asian mono ethylene glycol imports were stable on Oct. 18. The MEG futures traded on
the Dalian Commodity Exchange dropped Yuan 14/mt to Yuan 4,049/mt for January

reluctant to commit volumes to 2023. MEGlobal
has set its mono ethylene glycol Asia contract pricing at $810-$830/mt CFR Asia
in November. This is $10-$16 less than October's price. A company source stated
that on Oct. 18 market sources indicated that polyester demand was low.
