Daqing Petrochemical brings LLDPE unit on-stream

Daqing Petrochemical has restarted its Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) unit. A source in China informed a team member, “The company has resumed operations at the unit around February 12, 2026. The unit had been shut down for a maintenance turnaround.” Located in Daqing, China, the LLDPE unit has a production capacity of 80,000 mt/year.
