Asian polypropylene CFR prices
increased week-on-week in the Southeast Asian and South Asian markets Jan. 4,
amid tight spot supply. CFR China prices declined slightly at the beginning of
2023 due to preholiday stockpiling. Meanwhile, downstream factories were trying
to close before the Lunar New Year. The week ended December
saw a dip in domestic east China prices. 30
