Covestro is planning to bring its Toluene diisocyanate (TDI) plant onstream. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is expected to resume operations at the plant by February 2026. The plant was shut in early December 2025 for maintenance.” Located in Caojing, Shanghai in China, the TDI plant has a production capacity of 370,000 mt/year.
