Asian toluene was valued at $10-15/mt lower
on June 29 at $1.215-2.250/mt FOB Korea, and $1.140-2.500/mt CFR China, in line
with weaker downstream market and lower domestic prices. Trading sources claimed
that cargoes of China-origin were heard heading for Singapore after FOB Zhangjiagang
offers. Sources said that most cargoes
were purchased by blenders. However, the details couldn't be confirmed at the
time of writing. A South Korean trader
stated that he has not received any offers from brokers. Another trader stated that today was a bad day. Indian
buyers are bidding extremely low on all. I believe isomer MX or ox is the worst
