On week, the US acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene
assessment fell 3 cents. Spot
ABS was valued at 105-107 cents/lb on week. Brazil pricing was not available. US styrene declined on the week, with a price of $1,060-$1,100/mt
Nov. 1 compared to $1,120-$1,160/mt Oct. 25. Spot acrylonitrile in the USA was stable at $1,580-$1,620/mt
FOB USG Nov. 1. This assessment was made
taking into account US spotacrylonitrile discussed at $1,540-1.580 range FOB
USGC. Domestic ACN contracts were stable
at 82.75 Cents per lb delivered. Based on
the industry-acceptable formula (the September CGP settlement of 42.5c/lb and
the September ammonia contract price at $1,150-$1,190/mt), the assessment was
made. Spot butadiene was rated at 70c/lb
