participation in methanol declined on March 9, as few market indicators were
reported by participants. The day saw three high-priced offers,
with no trades or bids. This resulted in stable spot market prices on March 9. March spot methanol was flat at 138c/gal FOB USG. It also
came under a March offer of 142c/gal FOB ITC. April spot methanol was stable at 135c/gal FOB USAG on March
9, and it came under an April offer of 145c/gal FOB ITC. One source said that buyers had purchased the spot on March
