Asian PS prices stable despite limited market activity / No significant improvement in demand / Market quiet, with fewer buyers

The CFR China-CFR SEA spread was unchanged week over week at $20/mt. The CFR China-CFR SEA spread was unchanged from week to week at $20/mt. In east China, the general-purpose PS price, high-impact PS price, and expanded PS prices were all up Yuan25/mt. HIPS CFR China was assessed at $1,245/mt on April 2, unchanged from the previous assessment made March 26 amid weak demand sentiment. The CFR China-CFR SEAspread remained stable at $20/mt. A China-based HIPS manufacturer said that buyers are still taking an "await-and-see" stance. The overall demand has not improved significantly.
