Butadiene Prices Stable Despite Rising Local China Market-
Domestic China reaches new four-month high-
Three tenders for February loading in Asia are announcedAsian
butadiene was steady on Jan. 11, while tight supplies continued to push the
domestic China market. China's main supplier Sinopec increased its local
list price by Yuan300/mt to Yuan 8,100/mt (or $1,037/mt if based on
import-parity). The Chinese butadiene market price increased Yuan 10/mt on
day to reach a new four-month high at Yuan 8,200/mt Jan. After three
tenders were announced for February loading, fresh supplies were available in
Asia. For February, the tenders will be loaded from South Korea and Taiwan
as well as Malaysia. Despite the increased supply, the Asian butadiene
