The US spot spot export acrylonitrile
levels remained steady on February 14, as feedstock ammonia continued to be
discussed long. US spot acrylonitrile was $1,410/mt
FOB USG February 14, based on last-heard indications of above $1,400/mt due to
a lack in fresh market activity. Spot activity has been very low,
according to a source. Export prices rose $20-25/mt compared to the
February 14 assessed prices at the beginning of the year, Jan. 3. They fell
to $1300-1340/mt on Jan. 24, a slight improvement over their February 7th
levels. Contracts were also unchanged for the domestic
