Domestic 2-EH and NBA stabilize after the hikePlasticizers mixed on market
fundamentals



The US oxo-alcohols price was stable week-on-week from April 7, as domestic
and export market activity stabilized. Normal butanol export prices were flat at $2.315/mt FOB USG,
following the unchanged marker from the CFR China assessment. Domestic NBA was also unchanged at 148. 5 cents/lb. The export
2-ethyl hexanol price was unchanged at $2.525/mt FOB USG, also in line with the
unchanging movement in Asia. It is stable for the domestic price at $125. 5 cents/lb. Sources
said domestic pricing moved last week on March chemical-grade propylene, which
was 10 cents more expensive than February. Plasticizers: The US domestic DINP remained steady, while
