Asian MTBE fell $21/mt to $932/mt Oct. 31,
in line with falls in crude oil prices and gasoline markets. The MTBE factor indicated
a stronger market for MTBE than gasoline, rising 0.02 points to 1.233. Recent traders stated that prompt tightness is supporting
MTBE price at the moment, and some expect prices to fall going forward. Vitol offered for 3,000 mt to load Nov. 19, 23 up to $932-$945/mt
FOB Singapore in the Market on Close assessment process on October 31 but
pulled the bid just before the close. The
gasoline market saw RON 92 FOB Singapore gasoline crack fall further to ICE
Brent crude oil prices futures sinking by $1.76/b. This will be assessed at
minus 5.22/b...
