After several days of low
market activity and steady prices, the US Gulf Coast spot price structure for
benzene from the prompt window to first-quarter 2023 was flattened on Oct. 13. A market source reported
Oct. 13 that there was "a lot of interest recently to send styrene into
Europe". But, I believe that this might
have dissipated." Styrene production
