The time spread for the June-July Singapore Gasoil Swaps, an indicator of near-term outlooks, was 38 cents/b by midmorning trading on May 15. This is up one cent/b compared to the plus 37 cents/b assessment at the Asian close at 0830 GMT on May 14, which had increased 4 cents/b the day before. An Asia-based source stated that "there is currently maintenance in [South] Korea...and we've heard more interest in buying from China in Straits."
