Asian FOB Singapore MTBE rose $15-20/mt per
day to $990-1010/mt Aug. 10, on the back of a stronger 92 RON Crack and gains
in the energy complex. The
gasoline 92 RON rose 1.49% per day to $104.01-120.50/b, while the 92 crack rose
13.20% to $8.32-9.50/b. At $95.69-100.50/b,
the front-month ICE Brent crude oil futures were up 0.59% compared to the
previous period (0830 GMT). Due to low liquidity,
MTBE spot discussions remained muted. The
fourth quarter market outlook was mixed according to various sources. According to a South Korean market source, "It's a
typical winter off-peak season in Asia's Northern Hemisphere, so I expect a
