Asian FOB Singapore MTBE was up $51-56/mt
between July 15 and $1,063-1,100/mt on July 18, as crude oil prices rallied. September ICE Brent crude oil futures increased
by $4.46-5.50/barrel at $103.47-130.50/b in Asian trade at 0830 GMT. After
narrowing over the past week, gasoline FOB Singapore crack RON 92 cracked
widened by 13.27% or $0.97/b to $8.28/b. The MTBE
factor was stable between July 15th at 1.126 and July 18th, with MTBE FOB
Singapore increasing by 5.04%. This is in addition to the increase in gasoline
RON20 by $5.43-6.50/b (5.11%).
