America: With limited space among
regular players, outsiders have been encouraged to take berth. 7,500t UAN Mississippi/Santos seems to have cost
$140/t. Rumours abound that another outsider may have
shipped 5,000t caustic to Brazil in a base cargo. Another
18,000t of caustic has been noted Lake Charles/Santos in SH February. The USG has
