has quoted 20,000-30,000. Diesel Quebec/New York has been circulated at
16,000-18,000. La Brea/USG is seeking space for 10,000-15,000t

America: With limited space among
regular players, outsiders have been encouraged to take berth. 7,500t UAN Mississippi/Santos seems to have cost
$140/t. Rumours abound that another outsider may have
shipped 5,000t caustic to Brazil in a base cargo. Another
18,000t of caustic has been noted Lake Charles/Santos in SH February. The USG has
