1. North Sea, Baltic: It is clear that trade flows have
been affected by war. Although base oils are less likely to
be shipped directly from the Baltic than they were previously, some still make
it to Europe via European tonnage. UAN is another example. UAN was fixed
Rouen/Sunderland and then successive voyages of UAN were quoted from
Sunderland, Great Yarmouth, and so on. Some UAN is
still allowed from Klaipeda. It can be confusing. In the case of
methanol, an extension of six months has been granted. However, little has been
done to Europe.2. Southbound: There isn't a lot of space available for cargoes to
the Med. A few traders are looking for ships
to transport ACN cargoes from Ventspils, Turkey, and several caustic cargoes
