Celanese Eyes to Take Acetic Acid Plant Off Stream

Celanese will likely shut down its acetic-acid plant in Pulau Sakra. An industry source in Singapore told a member of the team, "The plant's scheduled to stop operations on April 15,2025 for maintenance." The duration of the shut down could not be determined.
