Bora Petrochemical restarts styrene monomer unit

Bora Petrochemical has brought on stream its styrene monomer (SM) unit in Liaoning. A source in China informed a team member, "The company has resumed operations at the unit on July 3, 2025 and it is presently running at around 80% of production capacity levels. The unit was shut for maintenance on June 19, 2025.” Located in Liaoning, China, the unit has a production capacity of 350,000 mt/year.
