or $18.34/mt over the week to $875.67/mt- $910/mt FOB Korea Dec. 3. Prices
rebounded towards the end due to stronger downstream. Oil
prices were affected by concerns about the omicron coronavirus. The February ICE Brent crude oil futures fell $5.16/barrel
to $71.88/b on Dec. 3. This was a slight recovery from the levels below $70/b
earlier that week. Naphtha dropped $51/mt-$61/mt to $669.50/mt-$680/mt CIF
Japan. The week ended at $1,054/mt-
$1,130/mt CIF China for styrene monomer. This was $8.50/mt higher than the slow
trend in other petrochemical markets. Styrene
increased by $25/mt-$30/mt on a daily basis. On a day-to-day basis, the domestic East China marker was
